What You’ll Do:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance throughout their journey with WhoKnows.
Document Management: Maintain and organize important client documents, contracts, and other business-related paperwork.
Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates on projects or inquiries.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and project management teams to address client needs and provide relevant feedback.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and with clients, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in entering and tracking client data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Office Organization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that the environment remains organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; previous administrative experience is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a marketing, technology, or fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally engage with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in handling paperwork, scheduling, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various office software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.) and communication platforms.
Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
